Hilton Garden Inn Myrtle Beach/Coastal Grand Mall

Wonderful stay! The staff are all wonderful and welcoming, and what a gorgeous lobby!

Very clean, hotel staff was very pleasant and helpful. My parents enjoyed their cooked breakfast.

The location was perfect, and the staff was very responsive anytime we had questions and/or concerns. The free parking was super helpful for our car rental.

The walls were super thin that we could hear the other guests almost every day of our stay. Also, it would be nice if the rooms could have a freezer compartment in their fridge so that we didn't have to ask the staff to store our cold items in their employee freezer.

Loved everything about this hotel…it was clean (smelled nice), great location with restaurants and shopping next door (easy walk). Room was very nice and very clean. Overnight was quiet didn’t hear any noise which was appreciated. When I come back to the area I will absolutely stay there again and will recommend to friends/family.

The property was very welcoming and smelled amazing as soon as you walked in which is a huge plus for me! The hotel is very clean from the lobby area, elevators and most importantly the rooms. Very convenient location being connected to the mall, you can grab something quick to eat from the mall's food court but still close enough to great restaurant options for a fancier meal. The only issue I had is that it rained a lot to a point where the power went out for about an hour at the hotel. My husband and I were celebrating our anniversary and it pushed our dinner plans back because there was no hot water to shower. I know the weather was out of the hotels control but I feel like some sort of acknowledgement for the inconvenience should have been sent out to guests, maybe an email or some sort of accommodation like a free meal voucher would have been appreciated. Other than that I would recommend this hotel.
