Day staff is VERY RUDE!! Breakfast was terrible. Room wasn't properly cleaned, luckily I brought clorox wipes & lysol. Sheets were filthy, towels were very dingy. The lady that works the front desk at night was the only pleasant part of the stay. She was very friendly & helpful. Been staying at the same hotel for at least 4 years, but this will be my last.

Room smelled of mold. Gunk frozen in sheet of ice in freezer. Electric outlet plate missing. Sticky substance on beside table and lamp base. However bed and pillows comfortable. HVAC unit actually worked appropriately (my experience is most don’t work correctly) breakfast hot and cold. Enough to choose from. Friendly front desk. My major issue was mold smell. They should get it checked out (esp given all the hurricanes that have gone through the area in the last yr)

Overall it was OK. Not worth $182, but our options were slim when we came thru. All we needed was a bed and shower and we got that.

Had reservations for six days due to Hurricane Ira evacutaion. Left after two days to return home. Had to pay for all six days not just two. I cast me $600 extra

"Just OK stay"

Phone did not work. Only one towel and no toilet paper in room. Price was 4 times the normal rate due to Hurricane Ida. Took advantage of people that had to evacuate. Room smelled of dampness. Carpet very nasty lookng. Says free breakfast but they will not let you take your plate to your room or there is an additional charge to do so. We didn't want to eat at tables provided due to Covid. This room will do if you are in a pinch, will not stay here again.
