After checking into my room, someone tried to come in when management attempted to book another person into an occupied room.

Worst experience ever. What a disgrace. I am a former front desk manager of an IHG hotel. I checked in pretty late (around 10pm) so I asked for the latest check out possible. I was told 2pm, no problem. After I got to the room, I informed the front desk that the floor at the entry way was sticky, it looked like something was leaking in from the hallway. I told them it wasn't a big deal since I was only here for the night. Come morning time, housekeeping was trying to open my door around 11am (I had the latch on). Told them I had a late check out. Then around 12:30pm, the front office, Kyle Moon, was trying to come in, demanding I open the door since the latch was still on. I told him I was given a 2pm check out. He said, "We don't do 2pm checkouts and the latest we do is 1pm. We need to flip the room" He then told me to "Get the f* out." Night shift obviously doesn't relay anything to morning shift, morning shift obviously doesnt relay anything to housekeeping, and manager is unprofessional.

Lovely Motel, good rooms, sumptuous hot breakfast, fast internet, free onsite parking, good amenities, helpful reception staff...

Was below standard of what I've come to expect from Holiday Inn Express. Beds were creaky and felt like they were falling apart. Shower was stocked with multiple Conditioners and no Shampoos. General cleanliness was below standard.

Great Service, very clean, bed, pillows, towels, bathroom. More than we expected

The hotel is fine, but the bathroom in the room was poor and the worst thing was that they never cleaned the room, no towels, no toilet paper, and they didn't pick up the trash. The maids never came in.

Our stay was great. Our daughter got the room for us because my wife had a full day of doctor appointments and we live over about 100 miles away. The hotel was close by and the staff was great.
