"I would stay again"

The hotel was nice and offered a lot of amenities. The rooms were nice and clean.

The toilet didn't flush well and the air didn't stay set at the temp we wanted at night.

I love the property. It was quiet, the staff was friendly and it was a nice place to stay. Also it was close to all the shopping areas that I liked to shop. I will be staying at these hotels in the near future.

Friendly staff, cute bar + entry area, comfortable bed.

I do not think they vacuumed; there was a bit of dried noodles on the carpet. You basically open the door of your hotel room into the bathroom. Also, the pool was a bit too cold.

"Go somewhere else!"

Nothing

The staff couldn't locate our reservation (my name was reversed which was my error). Then the toilet broke in the middle of the night and staff didn't understand why I waited until checkout to advise. I wanted sleep and checkout was the next morning! The room (219) was beside the elevator which was extremely LOUD all night long. Would NEVER recommend. The hotels solution was to offer me points. No thank you! Don't waste your time staying here!
