Room was clean and well maintained

This was a great one-night stay hotel. It was exactly what we needed for a quick trip. Just needed a hair dryer. :( Some notes: The walls, doors, and carpet clearly need to be scrubbed. I wore shoes everywhere, from the bed to the bathroom bc it just felt and looked icky.

I like that they had nice breakfast for their guests

I had an awful experience at the Comfort Inn in Pomona and strongly urge others to avoid this property. During my stay, my car was broken into in the hotel parking lot. When I reported the incident, the staff were dismissive, claimed they weren’t liable, and showed me unusable, outdated, grainy security footage that the police couldn’t even work with. They said this had never happened before, yet also admitted they’d only worked there for about a year. The hotel itself was filthy. The lobby and hallways were not clean, and the room smelled musty with dirty floors and worn-out furniture. The surrounding area felt unsafe — a concern I brought up when checking in. I asked if the parking lot was secure and was reassured it was, which was clearly not true. There was no visible security presence, no effort from management to help resolve the situation, and zero accountability. This place is not safe, not clean, and absolutely not worth your money. Stay elsewhere.

Door latch was loose. The ac in the room has broken parts. Semi clean room where it looks like the rug is old and full of dust. The beddings were clean and the bathroom was ok but very few towels and complimentary soap

excellent staff breakfast was phenomenal location was convenient

Staff whose name I think was Mohammed was very cordial and engaging. Highly recommend!
