Please note that this property does not have any policies, procedures or resources in place to accommodate the unique needs of school graduates during the annual "Schoolies Week" period. It does not have adequate resources to engage qualified security personnel to guarantee the safety, comfort and convenience of school graduate guests during this period. Please note that this property has a strict 'No Party Policy'. Please note that The Breakers does not accept payments with American Express credit cards. Please note that all apartments are individually furnished and the photos are only presented as a guide. Please note that housekeeping service is only offered for stays of more than 9 nights. You can request daily housekeeping service at an extra charge. Please note that reception at the property closes at 17:00 on Monday to Fridays, 12:00 Saturdays and 11:00 on Sundays. If you expect to arrive after these times, please contact the property in advance to arrange key collection using the contact details found on the booking confirmation. If you do not contact the property in advance to arrange late check in, keys cannot be left for you and your booking may be canceled. When booking a Non-Refundable Rate, please make sure that the name on the credit card used for the booking corresponds to the guest staying at the property. Otherwise, a third-party authorization by the cardholder must be submitted when booking. Please note that the credit card used for the booking must be shown at check-in. Please note there will be substantial balcony works in The Breakers Absolute Beachfront Apartments building from 10 February – 21 March 2025. This will include jackhammering for approximately 1 ½ weeks from the 13th February, however, there will be no work being done over weekends.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
