Overall good place to stay. But I believe they need some renovation (carpet etc) , and rooms are not that clean as seen in the pic.

Stayed one night. Nice, clean hotel in a quiet location with plenty of parking.

Our experience was significantly impacted by noise disturbances during the night, which impacted my daughter’s performance at an important sport event. In addition to the excessive noise caused by a wedding during the night, at 5am, the guests at the room next to us became very loud, with continuous screaming and laughter. Despite my call to the reception, where I was assured that the situation would be addressed, the noise persisted until 6:15am. We travelled from Reading for my daughter’s performance at the sports event, and the lack of sleep due to these disturbances severely affected her ability to perform well. This issue was not adequately addressed by the manager when I raised a complaint. I would appreciate your attention to this matter and I look forward to seeing how you can rectify this situation.

Good hotel, not too expensive and close to Newcastle where we have to go.

Overall a good experience, what let the hotel down was it's dated room and musty odor. Also the fact when you have shower the water goes all over the floor.

I happen to think there was something real strange says there was smoke on table neitjer myself or partner smoke we were charged 100 pound only money i had to live with my child was aperlutley appoling how the manager reacted

We are regular visitors to North East England and this was a great place to stay with our dachshund Henry who was made most welcome.
