The Branson Waterpark Hotel

The hotel and the water park was closed for repairs… we was told that some amenities might not be available and nothing was open water park nor hotel. They moved us too bransinns hotel across the street.

purchased this hotel for the waterpark, but the waterpark wasnt open and underconstruction. For 135 a night it was disappointing and dirty.

We booked a stay at this water park hotel back in 2019 and my kids had a blast. We had a great stay back then so when we were planning our trip this year (2022), we naturally booked our stay at this place again. We see it as built-in trip insurance if we can stay somewhere that has things for the kids to do in case the weather ruins the rest of our trip. Plus, we have five people and most places in Branson can't accomodate us reasonably. We booked our stay back in May of 2022. When we arrived on August 4th 2022, and after we were already checked in, we were informed that the water park has been closed down. The woman at the front desk said that they are under new ownership since March. I explained that I just booked my stay in May (so, after the transition) and was not called, emailed, or otherwise notified of the water park closure at the time of my booking or anytime since. I told her that if I'd known that was the case, I wouldn't have booked with them. Their rooms are decent and have plenty of room for my family but the water park was the main reason for our stay and without that, I'm just overpaying for rooms now. She said that their website states that the water park is closed. No it doesn't. I absolutely doesn't. Even at the time of this review, it still doesn't.

Ice machines ain’t work, vending machines was taking money, they ran out of tissue and towels on several occasions, Waterpark and pool my whole reason for going there was not working, lots of miscommunication

They have a nice kitchen area available to do some hot foods. Would be nice to offer eggs, bacon etc to counter their high carb continental breakfast for those of us that are diabetic. Also something more to drink besides juice, milk and coffee.

Expedia could have done a better job letting me know that the indoor pool was closed this whole year for maintenance. The hotel called to tell me the day of, but Expedia should have done that sooner. The hotel staff was very friendly and our room was clean.

Hotel smelled!! Elevator was out of service. The exterior door in the stairwell had been removed and it was simply a case opening in the wall. Doors from stairs to floor hallways were not locked so there was no type of security or protection for customers. Place was so bad, ended up going to another facility to stay the night!!!

Broken elevator , locked stairway doors, one entrance in and out short stffed not the beat service dont recomend

Their inhouse water park was closed. They called the day b4 to tell us that. No kitchen 4 breakfast and they didn't even get their waffle maker to work. I had a plugged toilet and all they did was hand me a plunger...WOW!!!
