Tranquilo A North Beach Village Resort Hotel

Loved the bedroom and living room setup, perfect for spring break. Price was very reasonable and you are given free beach towels as well. Water pressure was like a fire hose if that’s what you’re into. Only gripe was that the floors were never cleaned in our 5 night stay, so towards the end you basically had to wear shoes inside if you didn’t want your feet to be gross. Other than that the cleanliness was good and housekeeping stayed on top of everything else.

The place was nice. The staff were very helpful.

My stay was great. The facility is very nice, clean and safe and a great value compared to the high prices of other places.

Very clean, and quite responsive staff. Easy check-in and check-out. Nice pool area. We walked everywhere very easily. Bed was extra-extra soft. Just mentioning it in case this is not something you like.

The AC unit in the room was not able to maintain a comfortable temp. The room has a nice ceiling fan with light, but there was no way to turn on the fan. There was a remote in the room that did not word dor the AC unit or fan ??? Noone checks in tomsee how your check in went and there are no guidelines for how to use the AC or fan. We were only here for 1 night. Moving on to another guest house.

The room was not as ADA compliant as i would have liked with a mobility scooter but I am able to walk and the staff were accomodating for storing the scooter.

The room was below average for the price I paid! The bathroom especially....

The location is perfect: quiet with 4 minutes to the beach. The hotel is basic and clean, and Guillermo at the front desk is great.
