Tuckaway Shores Resort

The property is at a more peaceful end of the road, but still close to shops and restaurants. We had an ocean view room with a stunning view of the sunrise and drove the short distance to Melbourne Pier to watch the sun set. The room itself was very comfortable and clean, with everything you need, although we’d appreciate a kettle, but very minor issue. Very comfortable bed, good shower and thoughtful addition of beach chairs to use during our stay. We didn’t use the pool, but it looked immaculately clean and well kept. Only steps from the beach and friendly staff. We had a lovely stay and would come back again.

Great room. The view was excellent! The pool was quiet and refreshing.

The resort was a little far (walking) from restaurants or shopping.

Loved everything about this place. Quiet beach with chairs, toys, towels and umbrellas provided. The balcony on the second floor was amazing. Even when the weather wasn't ideal, you could still relax with the ocean view. More than I expected. We're already planning our next trip back.
