Cortina Inn

Newly reopened (previously was a Holiday Inn) so nothing is avaliable-no breakfast, pool, ice, vending, TV, phone, wifi, etc. Room didnt have garbage cans - but the front desk was able to get us some right away. No shower amenities, including no shower curtain. Mattress is very hard.

The room was nice and clean. The bed was comfortable. The property is falling into disrepair. Things were worn out, broken, and the grass was a foot tall.

The property was overgrown with weeds and the parking lot was dirty with debris and garbage. Inside the hotel was dirty. It didn’t look like they vacuum the floors.

The pictures on Expidia do not represent what the place looks like this hotel is disgusting you should be ashamed to advertise this hotel. I understand there are actual pictures from others who were there you need to see them. I will be requesting a refund

This property was in serious need of cleaning and updating. It was haggard. We actually got another hotel and left after just 15 min.

This is a homeless shelter, which I did not know prior to arriving. I don't find homeless people necessarily frightening, but some of them can be. The parking area was full of stuff and overgrown, and really uninviting. This was once a very nice property, when it was a Holiday Inn, and now it is completely run down. I actually left and went to a different hotel, so I paid double for the night in Rutland. I guess it's too late to ask for a refund. But I would not recommend this place, at least not right now.

THE PROPERTY WAS DIRTY AND RIPPED CARPET AND GREASEY SLIMMY FLOORS I HAD TO REWASH FLOOR CAUSE I WAS SLIDDIING, NO HOT WATER AND THE DOORS DID NOT WORK RIGHT HAD TO HAVE THEM COME LET ME IN MY ROOM I WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN. THE OUT SIDE LOOKED LIKE IT WAS ABANDED AND GROUNDS LOOKED BAD HIGH GRASS AND WEEDS EVERWEAR ROOMS HAD NO SLIDING CURTAINS TO SLEEP OR PRIVACY. BAD HOTEL .

Awful. Everything is in very bad conditions. Rooms are dirty, bed sheets had blood stains, I had to sleep on top of the blanket. It looks like the place is from an other world and ready to close.

Staff were extremely helpful all during my stay.

The hotel hall ways were dirty and afyer being there for a few hours i notice bugs on the floor in the rest rooms
