Pamola Motor Lodge

Staff was helpful property needs to be up dated. Everything was old. Paneling, rug tub need to be replaced.

I chose Pamola because they allowed cancellation up to 2 days before our stay which was important because we were hiking Katahdin and possibly had to change plans due to weather. The service was fine. They supplied a microwave and fridge at our request. There was no coffee maker or coffee in the lobby. Very few options for food in the area other than the attached chinese restaurant. The room was clean but very dated. the bathroom door wouldn't close. Beds were comfortable and clean. Loud people partying outside downstairs, very loud air conditioner, and plumbing. If you just need a no frills place to lay your head and can sleep through noise, this place is fine.

Older motel looks it's age. The staff was great, the room was clean and i slept great. Could use a little more height of the shiwer head tho.

Got there at 5 and we had to wait for someone to check us in. The tv app didn’t work and was not able to sit and relax before hike the following day. Didn’t mention a pool but there was a sticker saying not to remove towels - towels available at pool. No amenities. Won’t stay here again.

My stay was good and the room was clean.

Overall, This property is old but clean enough.

I was on the first floor & could park my car right by my door. The gal who checked me in was awesome! She moved me to the first floor which is important to me. The room was clean.

It is older and does need some tlc. I don’t like carpet when traveling with a dog. I feel it is a little expensive.

Location and cleanliness

The place is falling apart. I couldn't lock the deadbolt, there was no microwave nor refrigerator, and the shower drain was clogged.
