Quality Inn and Conference Center

I have stayed here multiple times. I am a frequent visitor due to horse shows. It’s a short drive from the hotel to the arena. They serve breakfast early which is nice.

There is no elevator but upstairs rooms. I cannot haul all my luggage up a flight of stairs on my own. I requested and prepaid for a lower level room that allowed smoking. Because I checked in after 4pm I was told my requested room was given away. This was upsetting because I paid to upgrade my room. The room was disgustingly dirty! The bedding was stained or dirty, the walls were dirty and the beds were not comfortable at all. When I shared my frustration with the owner, he offered nothing to accommodate me other than we could be moved to a different room next day. I requested extra towels due to knowing from past stays I needed more. I also requested 2 extra pillows and refused both requests. I will not be staying here again. The owners have let this hotel become ghetto. It reeks of weed and I did not feel safe here.

The location is great

The electric was out upon arrival. There should be a back up for check in process and the key card readers. Way too many hours delayed. The pool and hot tub are advertised but not in working order. The pool has an about a foot of brown water in it. The hot tub and video game area is flooded and no one was cleaning it up. Once I final got into the first room there must have been a power surge that knocked out the power for that room. They were able to switch my room to a nasty gross room. The tub had seriously seen its better days. 3 people were to be in the room with 1 towel and 1 wash cloth. I asked for additional and was given 1 and then they pretended they didn’t understand me. I went and bought my own.

Honestly, I don’t know where to start. The place was disgusting as soon as she walked in it smells like smoke and painful the walls dingy the plate was dark in the pool area in the hallway and the stairwells was very dark paint shipping from everywhere off the ceiling above the pool. The breakfast was the worst I’ve ever didn’t eat it. It was cold. It was just disgustingly the worst place I’ve ever been in and I travel a lot. I give this place a dump and I would never recommend it to anybody if I could’ve got my money back I would’ve left it right then!!!

There was absolutely nothing you like. The place was a dump and disgusting. I was totally other disappointed!!!
