Excellent breakfast lovely polite staff nice room loved the design of the hotel

After a week the music at night was a bit too much for me next door and the outdoor chairs are very uncomfortable they also need a larger bin for outside

Lovely large rooms. Excellent bathroom. Absolutely excellent breakfast and lovely staff. We found the bed very hard and chatted to reception and they put another duvet on top of the mattress which improved it a little.

Extremely noisy from 12pm - 5am. We stayed here for 19 days and hardly slept. We complained and reception told us to contact you, in which we did. You apparently contacted the best Western hotel and you were awaiting a reply. That's the last we heard. This was terrible.

Location and price

We received only one key for our room. Not soundproofed rooms. We couöd hear everything from corridor and next room

Location,Big comfy and clean room,noisy because its on the main street with all the bars,restaurants and shops.Two minutes from the beach and a tour desk outside the hotel who organised my travel back to krabbi airport and my boat trip.

All good for me but ear plugs if your a light sleeper.
