Good location to area restaurants

I wanted to stay in downtown Cincinnati, but I just couldn't justify paying $350 to $450 for a regular hotel room. We drove across the bridge and stayed near the airport. It's only 15 minutes away, and our room was $180 per night. We had a suite with a king size bed and a couch. It featured a great work desk in the area separate from the bed, so I could work while my husband slept. I was very happy with the cleanliness and size of the room. There's a couple restaurants and shopping nearby, but we opted to return to downtown Cincinnati for our entertainment and meals.

Staff was courteous. The property was clean. The room was clean .

Hotel is conveniently located to airport and interstate. Room was nice and clean as was entire property. Bed was too soft, felt worn out. I’ve never been to a hotel where I stayed two nights, coming and going each day, and never was greeted by any employee. Not a hello, have a nice day or good evening etc. I checked in on mobil and only got a “here you go” upon checking in and asking for key. Asked for a couple waters (Lifetime Titanium Elite member) and got a second “here you go”. Passed front desk many times and no one ever said a word, heads buried in cell phones early morning and late evening. Same thing out of breakfast staff and maintenance staff… not even a “hello”. Management needs to work on training in a big way what it means to work in the “hospitality” industry. I’m sure if we had needed something, we would have been taken care of, but we sure didn’t feel welcomed as is customary. Just felt strange.

Loved the hotel but they changed us 2 times.my credit card and my boyfriends rhen told me i would not get a refund for 5 to 7 days.. very upset with that...

Location, great staff, good breakfast, loved our lady that took us to the airport.

Ice cold swimming pool

We called the hotel for a airport shuttle and waited over an 1 and it never showed up spoke to the hotel 4 different times and they said they were not sure why they were not there and said if we took a Uber they would reimburse us. We were a family of 6 at 11pm and it was 80$ the hotel refused to reimburse us us very disappointing.

This is the only place my family and i want to stay from now on. Its so spacious, clean and you have to love the divided bathrooms - one was a toilet and sink and the other was a sink and shower. So convenient when travelling with the family! Super comfortable bed, decent breakfast. Great stay overall!
