I stayed for 2 nights at JP Cosmos Bengaluru – ITC Group. My stay overall was good. The rooms were excellent and comfortable. Food was okay. However, the staff were not very friendly. Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience after checkout. I left my JBL speaker (worth USD 176) inside the room drawer by mistake. I realized it only after reaching Chennai and immediately called the hotel. One receptionist said she would check and call me back, but no one contacted me. When I called again, they simply said the speaker was not found in the drawer and again promised to call back — which never happened. For a star hotel under the ITC Group, I expected better responsibility and professionalism. Losing an item and receiving no proper support was really disappointing. Dear travelers, please be careful with your belongings. The hotel’s follow-up and accountability were very poor in my case.
