The beds are comfortable.

The staff who checked us in could barely speak English but were kind. Our room is mostly clean and includes a mini-fridge and microwave. There is some visible water damage on the ceiling and some damage to the wallpaper. Did not provide enough soap or conditioning shampoo. Breakfast included coffee, "orange juice," toast, bagels, powdered/chocolate mini-donuts, and muffins. TV was new and had several channels. Fast wi-fi. Comfy bed but the fitted sheet did not fit. Was a quiet night and we were able to relax and sleep well during our stay. Overall, we felt like we got what we came here for, but we weren't looking for anything excellent, just cheap.

The bathroom was so nasty we wouldn’t even shower in it. There was something that resembled adult diapers lying in the bottom of the shower. I think this place must rent by the hour.....

We were assigned 3 different rooms. The first had no functioning heat. We were given a different room that heated well but the tv didn’t work. Moved again to another room Tv worked and a little heat but with almost zero outdoor temperature we were very uncomfortably cold.

nice guy at check-in. very nice and clean room, comfortable bed. only demerit would be very spotty wi-fi. (may have been my phone to give the benefit of the doubt). it was a trip for a funeral so I spent very little actual time at the room so it wasn't a huge thing. However, if I had been on a business trip and needed to connect or just time to kill online, then I can see it being very irritating.

We have stayed here several times. We were disappointed to see how run down it has become.

Very friendly but messed up my key cards had to reload car and go back up to desk if I wasn’t so tired I probably wouldn’t complain. Got to room and found half dead cockroaches on bathroom floor, here again to tired to go complain and hopefully get another room. Got what I needed out put everything else back in car. After getting over Heebie jeebies slept pretty good. Got up to take shower and all I got was hot water very hot water, even after turning hot water off, was tough to take shower but got it done. While unplugging phone found another dead cockroach.

Nice location but room had a smell to it, dirty walls and table, one channel on tv, couldn't get wifi. Will not return there.
