Akassia Swiss Resort

Ficamos hospedados nos blocos familiares perto da entrada do resort, da piscina olímpica, parque aquático, piscina de ondas e piscinas de crianças. Ao contrário de muitos comentários, esta zona fica muito perto a pé de todo o hotel mas para os que não querem andar, há shuttles a passar com muita frequência. Experimentamos o SPA, escola de mergulho, as motas no deserto, assistimos as actividades nocturnas e diárias. Há programas diferentes todos os dias e em vários momentos do dia. Estivemos sempre ocupados. Os restaurantes são bons e todas as noites há jantares temáticos. Tivemos ainda vouchers para 2 jantares nos restaurantes do complexo. O staff é super prestável e simpático (as gratificações não são esperadas mas ficam muito contentes se as dermos. E são merecidas! Os jardineiros, as equipas de limpeza, nadadores salvadores, empregados dos bares e restaurantes, motoristas dos shuttles, recepcionistas … todo staff: 5 estrelas! Obrigada ao Sr Ahmed Hesham que cuidou tão bem do nosso quarto e todos os dias nos surpreendia :) Os colchões são duros (o que não foi um problema para nós. Nem o facto de o quarto estar perto da estrada principal (o quarto tinha bom isolamento). O Ar condicionado funcionava muito bem. O quarto era grande com 1 cama casal e 3 camas solteiro. A praia era óptima e vimos muitos peixinhos (levar máscara de snorkelling!)

O pequeno almoço era servido até às 10:00. Ajudava se o horário fosse prolongado.

Exceptionally clean, great facilities (pools, water slides) and the staff were so friendly.

Everything you dream will find there ,all the activities available, and real all inclusive with big variety and availability everywhere and time , one the important point will let me must back to this spot is MR/WAEL really he is so welcoming and super man

Actually suitable for families ,most of guests are families, and the buffet had a big variety , also the stuff are flexible, also can’t forget the best one in this resort he is MR/WAEL from our first moment he received us till we arrived our home , and he always powerful and helpful

1st of all you just need few minutes with Mr Wael to be sure that you will have exceptional stay as he is doing all his effort to make your stay comfortable. The facilities are great and the aqua park is very nice. One of the most pleasant things is the jacuzzi which gives you great relaxing moments. Beach restaurant for breakfast and lunch has great sea view.

Everything was wonderful, from the variety and taste of the food to the aqua and pool, the beach, and the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Mr. Wael Elsaie, whose support from the beginning to the end of the trip made a meaningful difference.
