Skvěle vybavený resort, dostatek možnosti na sportování, čisté vybavení, bazény, měli jsme rodinný apartmán- pro 4 dostatek pohodlí

Z pobytu polovinu dní foukal středně silný vítr a hned byla červená vlajka- zákaz vstupu do moře.

Abbiamo appena concluso una vacanza meravigliosa al “ Resort Akassia “ di Marsa Alam e non posso che dare il massimo dei voti. La struttura è semplicemente bellissima e tenuta in modo impeccabile, con una cura per il dettaglio che si nota in ogni angolo. Camere spaziose e pulizia creativa. Soggiornare qui è stato un vero piacere. La nostra camera era enorme e divisa perfettamente: una stanza con il letto matrimoniale e l’altra con ben tre letti singoli da una piazza e mezza. Il bagno godeva di una doccia decisamente grande e funzionale. Un plauso speciale va al personale delle pulizie: ogni giorno le stanze venivano sistemate a fondo e venivamo puntualmente sorpresi con fantastiche sculture di animali fatte con asciugamano. Cucina per tutti i palati il cibo è stato ottimo e variegato. Anche i miei figli hanno gradito moltissimo sia l’abbondanza che la vasta scelta di portata. La spiaggia privata è un angolo di paradiso. Sotto ad ogni ombrellone abbiamo trovato le protezione dal vento: permettono di godersi il sole in totale relax anche nelle giornate più ventilate. La presenza di due pontili ad uso privato del resort permettevano l’accesso alla barriera corallina in modo semplice. L’animazione presente, simpatica e non invadente. Infine , un grazie di cuore a tutto lo staff ma una menzione particolare la devo fare ad Azziz della reception, che parla un ottimo italiano, ci ha permesso di restare nel resort il giorno del check out fino alle ore 16:00 senza nessuna difficoltà, permettendoci di usufruire di tutti i servizi, cibo e bevande incluse senza nessun costo. Noi ci torneremo sicuramente e lo consigliamo a famiglie o a chiunque cerchi una vacanza di qualità superiore.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The food variety was excellent, with plenty of options to choose from each day. The rooms were very clean and well maintained, and the family room was spacious, making it comfortable for everyone. The staff were especially nice and friendly—always helpful and welcoming. The aquapark was great, and the animation team was excellent, keeping everyone entertained. Overall, a really pleasant and fun experience, and I would happily stay here again.

The aquapark was great, and the animation team was excellent, keeping everyone entertained. Overall, it was a relaxing and fun experience, and we would happily stay here again.

All staff members are very collaborative, supportive, and professional, which really adds to the positive experience. The rooms are comfortable, well equipped, and well maintained. The beach and swimming pools are clean and enjoyable. The aquapark is fun and well designed, although part of it was temporarily under maintenance during our stay. The food is of good quality and very satisfying. Overall, it’s a pleasant, joyful place that we truly enjoyed ☺️
