Very comfortable

The water for the shower was cold, had it running a few minutes and it never turned warm, very cold shower that morning

Cleanliness and great customer service

I was impressed with how clear the room was and for what looked to be an older building from the outside, my suite looked like it was recently updated.

It took FOREVER to get hot water out of the bathroom tap. I had to leave it running for 10 minutes to get any hot water which is a huge waste of water. Also the coffee machine produced luck warm coffee which I had to microwave to make it hot.

Clean room, comfortable beds, good communication, reasonable price.

Staff was nice

Walls are paper thin and you can hear other guests. No overhead lighting in the room so it's dark and depressing during the day. Hot tub is disgusting and unusable. We were there for 7 days and had no housekeeping - we had to constantly ask for garbage bags which they would give 1-2 at a time (they were tiny). Only provided coffee for 2 days, afterwards we had to keep on asking, and midway through they claimed they no longer had any coffee to give us. Wifi was completely unusable. The tv didn't even work because of shitty wifi. We had to hotspot our phone to even browse the internet. Unfortunately it seems like Revelstoke doesn't have good accommodations in general so this wasn't even a super cheap option.
