Clean, very helpful staff great space

No dishwasher tabs, one t towel for three bedroom apartment

I stayed in a 2-bedroom apartment at Brighton Shores to recover post surgery. I loved the supportive and caring management—Rob and Karen made sure I was comfortable and well looked after during my stay. The apartment was beautifully presented with breathtaking views of the Broadwater and ocean. I appreciated the convenient location near shops and public transport. My friends who stayed to support me really enjoyed the excellent facilities, especially the heated pool. It was a peaceful, welcoming place to rest and recover.

Honestly, there was nothing I didn’t like. Everything met or exceeded my expectations—it was a truly comfortable and supportive stay.

The view

A few items needed attention from maintenance eg shower leaked, blind in bedroom would not roll down.

The location was great

Had no normal TV. Some of the furniture needed repairs. Fan switch was broken in the bedroom

Property was well located for our needs, Handy location with supermarket across the road. Apartment is spacious with beautiful views from level 29.

Bed was terrible , needs a new mattress

The property is a little run down. Needs a paint job to the apartment and new carpets throughout the apartment

The apartment was spacious, large lounge area with a beautiful view. Location was excellent for cafes and restaurants and public transport.

There was only one lift working so wait time was quite long. The carpark is also a bit tight , smaller cars would be easier to negotiate.
