Location, clean, great staff

Drains are slow to drain! Bed made with sheet off centre - when sheet is almost too small for bed this becomes an issue in the night as the bedding all falls apart. Horrible plastic type under sheet made everything too hot. Also aircon went off in night (while we were asleep), don’t know why, but meant our room got v hot v quickly for a while (and we woke up) until we worked out the issue.
