"IBIS But No Bliss"

The location for our purposes along wirh the staff were very good. With the staff being very helpful.

Unfortunately, the hotel let its self down badly due to one parasol working, the others were broken, this was extremely unsatisfactory due to the wrather conditions being extremely hot. The restaraunt being closed for 2 out of our 3 nights. Long delays in waiting for hot food refills, scrambled eggs and bacon and tea bags available. This was due to insufficient staff with a lot of guests. Although, the room, was basic, a kettle and tea,coffee making facilities would have been useful. Overall disappointed considering the price.
