Room was nice. Glad to have a full refrigerator, microwave, & dishwasher. Staff was friendly. Check in & out both were fast. Already booked again for Thanksgiving.

had a great time except for prople walking late at night above us can hear alot of people walking above us and the basketball kept bouncing and shooting till 10:30 we went to bed at 8:30 but had trouble getting to sleep!!

The room was very nice. The bed was very poorly made and the fitted sheet underneath appeared to be dirty. Even after we changed rooms for the same reason. The location is excellent and we enjoyed the hotel. The girls in the kitchen for the morning breakfast were great!

Evening guy Eric was amazing. We had a problem with our room that Eric went over & above to fix. We heard him on the phone with another difficult situation with an irate call & he was kind, courteous & calm for the entire time. We had a problem with the handicap lift at the pool, & he helped with that, too. It is so rare today to encounter such superb customer service & professionalism.
