Staff was friendly

Outdated. Not as clean as in photos. Very basic.

Good. We were allowed oats as well as cooked. Would like porridge option. Liked individual pots of tea. Breakfast and evening meal hours are good for us. We visit every year.

Would like mint tea bags in room as well as tea coffee, (or other alternative. )

Very helpful Reception staff when we had changes following our ferry cancellation

Problem with window blind in the first room we were given. However, fortunately we could be given a different room

Free parking, great welcome at reception, very comfortable room, nice menu and friendly bar and restaurant staff. The staff also made sure that our breakfast was ready for our early departure at 07:30.

We were okay with the stairs to the bedroom but I don’t remember in advance being advised that the bedrooms were accessed by stairs. For anyone with mobility challenges, I would suggest that they check in advance with the hotel to check if there are rooms on the ground floor or maybe there is an unseen lift.

Lovely hotel very comfortable, excellent food and great service, staff very friendly.
