"Für den Preis mehr Platz erwartet"

Das Personal war sehr nett

Ein Doppelzimmer, in dem nicht mal Platz für einen Koffer zum auspacken ist, geschweige denn für zwei, das Bad so klein, dass man sich kaum darin drehen kann, bei dem Preis hatte ich mehr erwartet

Das Zimmer war sehr früh schon bezugsfertig. Schöne Aussicht, Richtung Stadtgraben. Gute Parkmöglichkeiten, für E-Autos ohne Gebühr. Sehr gute, zentrale Lage.

"Flure stinken extrem nach kaltem Rauch/Nikotin"

Wir reisten zu zweit mit Hund. Das verschaffte uns den großen Vorteil ein Zimmer ohne Teppich zu erhalten. Das Zimmer war insgesamt sauber und die Betten gemütlich.

Sobald man den Aufzug verlässt stinkt der Flur massiv nach kaltem, abgestanden Rauch. Kein Wunder vermutlich, wenn das Casino im gleichen Gebäude sitzt. Die Zimmer sind extrem hellhörig und in der Nacht zog dann weiterer Rauchgeruch durch die Türen und Fenster ins Zimmer. Ich würde hier definitiv nie wieder buchen. Ich möchte an dieser Stelle nochmals betonen, dass wir ein Nichtraucherzimmer hatten und dies im gesamten Hotelbereich auch entsprechend gekennzeichnet war.
