Staff were incredibly kind and helpful! Helped arrange airport transportation, local activities, and answered any questions we had. Location was an easy walk to station 3 beach area which was definitely less crowded than station 2 area.

This was my second visit to this wonderful hotel complex since 2012. Just like back then, I was very, very satisfied and happy during my 11-night stay. I booked a cabana; the amenities were perfect, the staff were always courteous and friendly, and the breakfast was ample with a wide selection. I took a two-day excursion to Carabao Island. The hotel was concerned for my safety and obtained my guide's contact information in case anything happened, but everything went well, and I arrived back at the hotel safely. The staff were clearly pleased that I had returned home safe and sound. I'm looking forward to my next visit to the Tropics Hotel. Greetings to Harriete, greetings from Germany, Marcus

Very friendly and helpful staff at the front desk. Excellent value for the price. The restaurant food was also very good and a good value for the price as well.

Отличный отель с удобным расположением. Все в шаговой доступности. До пляжа достаточно комфортно вдоль дороги с кафешками, ресторанчиками, кофейнями и прочее, идти минуты 3-4, если размеренным шагом минут 5. Рядом несколько магазинов, рынок с сувенирами и всем необходимым, 7-элевен. До центра пляжа с барами, клубами - минут 8-10, можно на трицикле (типа тук-тук). Мы ездили только до первой станции или до других пляжей, а здесь все пешком. Номер стандартный, тесно вдвоем не было. Хорошая душевая. Все чисто, никакой влажности и плесени не замечено. Немного не хватало полок для одежды, но в Азии часто с этим сталкиваемся. Очень понравился бассейн - вода не горячая, можно было освежиться после пляжа. Прекрасный завтрак, за 6 дней не надоел. Вообще остров очень удивил чистотой (если сравнивать с Таем), я за две недели не увидела никакой живности и насекомых (понятно, что они есть, но вот так повезло). Есть балкон, но мы не сидели - времени не хватало, много передвигались по самому острову. На балконе есть сушилка для купальников. Единственное - если очень чуткий сон, то просите номер внутри дворика, не со стороны дороги. У нас был у дороги - нам было слышно все, но мы спали как убитые после пляжа, клуба итд. Да и вообще- я когда сплю, меня хоть танком. Так что тут я не специалист.

Очень плохо работал душ для ног у бассейна - один вообще не работал, второй еле-еле. С пляжа много песка на ногах, не хотелось в номер это тащить.

The room was spacious, clean and nice. I love that there's a pool and the location is just in front of the road so we can easily go around when we want to, it's also peaceful since it's not in front of the beach. Most specially, their breakfast buffet was really good, my dad was a chef, and he really like and complemented the food. The staff are also really nice, I have nothing negative to say about this place.

It’s not on the beach but knew that when we booked. Breakfast gets a bit thin after 9.00am
