Room wasn't huge but it was all we needed and it was clean. Bed was good and comfortable, that staff were pleasant and it was a very nice and quiet time which helps when you need to sleep. Overall, a very positive and it isn't my first time staying and won't be my last

All was very good, can't fault anything, especially for the price you pay

Comfy bed, clean bathroom

Pre requested cot and sofa bed, bed wasnt made up , no cot in the room. Couldn't get the kids to bed until gone 1am because of this. Took ages to get any bedding. One side light bulb didnt work , no bath mat. Had to request one. Room wasnt replenished after the first night where the other room on the same booking was. Previous guest sock under the bed so not throughly cleaned. To little plug sockets. Pre booked breakfast and ended up paying extra. Only noticed when they called to complain that we hadn't paid the breakfast bill although we prepaid at the bar. Now waiting on a refund for the difference.
