"Staff are amazing, they certainly make the difference"

The staff were amazing, very friendly. We travelled with our dog and he was made to feel like a VIP! Breakfast selection was ok.

Could be some more vegan options for breakfast. Dog fee of £25 is a bit higher than the usual market price.

The facilities were very much what you would expect from what is essentially a motorway stopover although certainly a cut above the more budget conscious chains. What really shone was the helpfulness and friendliness of the staff. They did everything they could to make the stay pleasant and welcoming.
