This is the second time we stayed in this hotel and it is even better than before. They gave us rooms in the ground floor near the swimming pool. It was really nice and very convenient. The staff are great. They are friendly and courteous and customer service is good,

This is my 2nd stay in this property. I booked here again because it is in accessible to a lot of stores and restaurants. Rooms are nice and staff is very helpful. Only thing I did not like during my stay is the wifi connectivity. It drops all the time. Though I do not need to be connected all the time during my vacation, but it would be nice if the internet connection is stable during the time I need to use it.

We are very happy with Le Soleil De Boracay, from booking to the airport flying back to Manila. One thing that stands out is the warmth and sincerity of the staff, from the GM down the ranks. Everyone was so accommodating, helpful and courteous.

Clean, staff are nice

Perfect location in the middle of area 2. The sheets and pillows are rough and the mattress is rock hard, I figured for a 4 Star Hotel they would had been soft and comfortable.

Talk about beachside! You are literally walking out to the beach once you step out of the hotel. Check google maps street view! If it’s high tide, you are merely feet away from the water. You are centrally located to restaurants, shops and activities. They have their own restaurant(buffet) and price is decently affordable. The only negative is walking from the main road to the hotel with your luggage. Overall, 2 thumbs up and will book there again

Access to the hotel was terrible due to rain. During check in, I’ve asked the receptionist to upgrade the room because of the flooded access to the room and she requested me to pay 2000 PHP/night in order to get the upgrade. They sent us to room 311 which was located in the last back of the hotel on the 3rd floor which was very hard for us and for our children. I could get better service with better property facing the beach in less price than what I have paid for this accommodation. But this selection was because of the VIP class that was shown for Expedia customers and the services was less than regular basic 2 stars hotel would offer.
