Excelente servicio del personal del hotel y la comida es de muy buena calidad, las habitaciones son muy cómodas

Un ambiente bastante lindo con animales y diferentes actividades.

Las habitaciones huelen demasiado a humedad y el aire de mi primera habitación no servía, teniendo que solicitar el cambio de habitación.

I was part of a bachelorette group of 11 women staying at this hotel, and in less than 24 hours we had to file three separate sexual harassment complaints with hotel management. The first incident occurred when one of the rooms had a broken AC unit. Two technicians were sent to fix it. One was professional and respectful, while the other made everyone in the room uncomfortable. He spent most of the time leaning against the wall while giving us creepy looks, making comments in Spanish, and left his coworker to do all the work. Later that same day, the AC in another room stopped working. Two technicians were again sent to assist. As one of them was leaving, he looked at me and said, in Spanish, that he loved my chest—twice. Unfortunately for him, I understood exactly what he said. The hotel manager said that they fired the technician but of course there is no proof of that. We believe they said that to calm us down We immediately went to the lobby and reported both incidents to hotel management. The third incident happened later that evening while riding the hotel trolley back to our rooms. After we told the driver our room number, he began making inappropriate moaning sounds while speaking to us. No group of women should have to deal with this behavior, especially at a property that markets itself as a five-star hotel. Between the inappropriate conduct from staff, the lack of professionalism, rude service, and disappointing food, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I've had. I would strongly caution any woman traveling alone or with friends before choosing to stay here.

Infelizmente, minha experiência com a acomodação foi bem ruim. Descarga não funcionava bem, ar condicionado desregulado, cheiro de mofo, roupa de cama e de banho faltando, telefone quebrado, banheiro com vazamento de água.
