Eu não tenho palavras para descrever como foram os 7 dias que passei lá! Foi tudo excelente. A limpeza e a reposição das bebidas, eram diárias. A variedade de restaurantes, o bar 24/7. Gostei de tudo! Vale muito a pena o all inclusive!

Os pernilongos fizeram a festa kkkk. Mas ok.. nada que um repelente não dê jeito.

I enjoy my stay and would definitely go back! The staff is all very friendly and helpful!! Would definitely recommend the resort.

My only thing I did not like was booking reservations for dinner can be a little difficult since you are given time frames to book and can’t book before or after a short window. And a lot of restaurants I wanted to go to were full.

Es lugar era espectacular. El servicio de seguridad muy bueno teniendo que mediar con clientes borrachos.

Falta de mantenimiento y lo peor de todo son algunos camareros que no tratan a los clientes por igual dependiendo de si les dabas propina. Un par de ellos nos ofrecieron café que robaban de las instalaciones e incluso vi como daban botellas de alcohol a algunos clientes que les había dado propina. Lamentable un resort de esta categoría que tenga esos trabajadores…

נחמד למי שאין לו סטנדרטים

הגענו לסוויטות בונגלו, עם תינוק בן ז3 חודשים, המיטה הייתה מרוסקת במובן של רעשים בכל תזוזה, בחדר מקלחת היה מלא אבל מלא ביתושים שחורים, המקרר לא עבד. התלוננו רק על המקרר שיתקנו בשביל אחסון חלב לתינוק, וזה פשוט לקח 24 שעות ולא נתנו פתרון, עד שהתלוננתי על הכל והעבירו חדר שגם בו היו יתושים רק מיטה שקטה ומקרר שעבד. אינטרנט זוועה, אין קליטה גם רגילה, טלוויזיות מתנתקות כל שניה למי שרצה לראות את המונדיאל. אני מבינה שזה הכל כלול אבל גם הגיוון באוכל היה דל.

The food , the personnel, the facility all around. The ecosystem was great.

Some areas on the walk thru the eco system were noticable damage and the lightning between buildings were broken.
