"so horrible, my son did not stay."

asked for no smoking, Room reeked of smoke. within minutes of arriving had a cockroach and TWO mice run next to my feet across the floor. Left room, talked to "Drew" the manager, and left. Never spent the night Friday or Saturday. Called Saturday and talked to "Joseph" the manager, he said he could not refund our money...Booking.com had to. Called and registered complaint with Booking.com, they tried to contact manager, but the call was never answered. I am waiting still for my refund from the Roach Motel.

The staff was friendly and the rooms were clean. The outside offered questions as we pulled up, but, for the price, it’s fine. A sheetz is within walking distance as well.
