The rooms were very clean and beds comfy. Great value for money, family-friendly, and in a great location and neighbourhood, with walking distance to public transport. Loved the quaint, homely environment. The staff were very friendly, helpful and welcoming. They were already communicating with us before we arrived. Would definitely return if ever in Sydney.

The location is very central, which is a big plus. The hotel itself is quite old and could really use some renovation. Unfortunately, I found two large cockroaches coming out of the air conditioner, which made me think there might be a pest issue. That was very unpleasant and disappointing.

Maybe rooms could be more insulated from outside noise but not really too big a problem
