Nice location, friendly staff, good breakfast. Overall a nice stay over three days, room itself was quite nice and updated while the corridors and such were more dated and could use a refresher. No noice issues as long as you ask for a room towards the back and not facing the busy street in front of the hotel.

Corridors and some public areas could have been more newly refurbished as compared to the rooms they seemed more dated. AC was a bit on and off, luckily it was not boiling hot in the city so not a big issues.

Comunicación poco asertiva en Recepción y en el servicio telefónico al huésped. Mi adaptador de corriente no funcionó, tampoco el que me prestó el hotel , solicité ayuda varias veces de una persona de informatica, al final subió un técnico de mantenimiento quien sin mi permiso tomó el cable de mi computadora 110v y lo conectó directo en una conexión de 220 v. La computadora siguió funcionando, pero varios días después al regresar de viaje se dañó por completo. Habia sido adquirida este año 2025...muy triste con el manejo que se le dió a toda la situación.
