I think the air condition wasn’t working properly

Very comfortable.

Staff was always helpful and willing to help.

Very poor check in and check out experience. They were bewildered that I was checking out early. Check out staff clearly did not know how to check me out. The Duty manager watched me suffer from a safe distance without jumping in to help; till I physically went to him to ask for help. Needless to say I was getting late for my flight. Finally after much ado, they checked me out Also the plumbing system for the last 15 years has not been updated. You can get ice cold or scalding hot water in the middle of a shower!! Why not update?

Our room lights kept going Out and not enough towels provided

There is no Unique on 5 star Hotel..Receptionists are good to have warm Welcome greetings.

Pathetic staff and horrible condition rooms. No wonder they are not rated well on any site. I am surprised they call themselves a 5 star. They aren’t worth even 3. Mold everywhere rooms not cleaned. The only good thing is food.

Rooms were old, food was Ok not great and cleanliness can improve
