Ein deutlicher Kritikpunkt ist jedoch das Frühstück, das leider nicht dem Standard eines 5-Sterne-Hauses oder den Erwartungen an ein InterContinental Resort entspricht. Die Auswahl ist zwar groß, aber fast ausschließlich auf asiatische Gäste ausgerichtet. Für ein internationales Publikum fehlt es an Vielfalt und Qualität bei den westlichen Speisen.

Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und angenehm, allerdings sollte man wissen, dass das Hotel etwas isoliert liegt; Spaziergänge außerhalb der Anlage sind kaum möglich.

Das Hotel liegt in einer wunderschönen Anlage direkt am Jimbaran Bay. Wir haben hier die ersten Tage unserer Reise verbracht und waren vom Essen, der Freundlichkeit des Personals und dem ganzen Hotel sehr begeistert. Für die nächste Bali-Reise kommen wir bestimmt wieder, da gerade zum Ankommen nach einem langen Flug, das Hotel, die perfekte Location ist.

Beautiful hotel, grounds and gardens very impressive. Huge property with lovely big pool. We requested a room on the 3rd floor and this was granted. Restaurants were great. We ate at Bella Cucina and Garden Restaurant a couple of times and the food was excellent. Breakfast options were huge and food quality was very good. All staff were very helpful and friendly. We went for my birthday with family and friends. Had 3 birthday cakes provided by the hotel during our stay. The staff at breakfast came and sang Happy Birthday which was a lovely touch. Also close to airport. We used the hotel cars for transport to and from airport and they were fine. Staff did their best to keep the beach clean each day. Join up to IHG membership and you get 20% off food, Overall a wonderful stay.

My daughter was initially allocated a room on the 1st floor (ground level) and it was very mouldy, smelly and damp. They immediately asked for a change and were offered another room on the 3rd floor which didn't have the same problem.

Idéalement situé à 5 mn de l'aéroport, ce qui est parfait pour l'arrivée et le départ. Personnel incroyablement accueillant et professionnel. La chambre était merveilleuse, moderne, spacieuse et d'une propreté impeccable avec une literie confortable. Le petit-déjeuner est digne d'un palace, varié et délicieux Tout était simplement parfait! Merci à toute l'équipe !
