After a long wait due to COVID we wanted a wonderful relaxing holiday and boy did the Anantara deliver. The hotel is stunning with excellent large clean rooms great buffet breakfast and evening meal on our half board basis in the Victoria restaurant onsite. The staff are just fantastic, warm friendly and willing to help always with a smile. Claudio one of the staff was a constant delight he just seemed to be everywhere whether grabbing a drink at the pool or as a waiter in the evening. We would return in a flash

"Best hotel we had been to in the Algarve"

We had a very relaxing time. The free shuttle bus to vilamour was great and the free beach beds down at the marina. The breakfast was very good too.

"Anantara Vilamoura "

Hotel is in quite a remote location, with no restaurants nearby, but shuttle to the beach is very useful as it drops you at Vilamoura Marina. No WiFi access at main pool but available at adults pool. Food and beverages in hotel are very good. Would recommend having a car - free valet parking is available.

"Annatra hotel"

Hotel was excellent clean and very friendly hotel what’s a bit far right but run free shuttle service into sister hotel at Marina this was an excellent service in the evenings the hotel is very quiet no atmosphere but would stay again

"Tired needs to be polished. Gym not fully equipped"

As with most hotels in Portugal, they all look old and tired. They need to be polished up. Also, when hotels are going to do a gym they need to have professional gym designers do the gym that are knowing what they are doing. Poorly equipped gym, poor lighting, poor Accessorization
