Great relaxing break and quiet

Hotel was perfect for short chill out by pool break. Music at pool bar was a bit loud be one day with music that was not relaxing. Some large groups were a bit loud in one day and their swearing language was bot pleasant to hear when they sat may us at the pool . It was only for 2 hours. Not much the hotel can do about that. Bfast was great . Evening bars were quiet and should really have bar near pool in evening to have somewhere nice to sit. Only issue with room was no light that you can see properly at mirror so my wife found it very hard to do makeup. Lights in bedroom badly designed and complex. Too bright or too dark . We had a great weekend and would visit again.

The staff, the beauty of the resort. We are loving this pace , so nice. Its our first time in Vilamoura and we will be back a 2nd, a 3rd. I recommend to stay here , for sure, without a doubt , seems great for couples , families. Congrats to all staff !

Vilamoura. It might have fancy boats in the Marina, but sadly, it has definitely gone down market since my last visit in 2008. Too many Irish themed bars,massage parlours, gentlemen clubs, and everything that goes with that. It will serve and suit some, but it's not for me.

Couldn’t fault anything. Amazing staff with a big shout out to Patricia . We will definitely return in September or May. Spotless. Great breakfast and daily shuttle to Vilamoura where the vibe and restaurants were fab Nothing was too much trouble

Hotel has a good location for both city and night life. Little touches like “Good morning” and “Hello” were always there. As a recent expat is important for us to see new places and have a feel of life in the Allgarve. This hotel seems to be a low luxury for an Anantara ( I have stayed at others) , service tho makes up for the lack of ultra luxury we are used too. Will be back at some point

Wonderful stay for an anniversary!

Anantara Vilamoura strikes a wonderful balance between luxury and family-friendly comfort. The staff are exceptionally attentive, going above and beyond to cater to guests’ needs. One evening, I requested a snack for my daughter and was pleasantly surprised by a beautifully presented fruit platter—a thoughtful gesture that exemplified the level of service throughout our stay. The vibe of the resort is serene and chilled, perfect for unwinding. The marina is conveniently close and easily reachable via Uber, offering a variety of dining options. Breakfast at Anantara Vilamoura is stunning, with an impressive selection of fresh, high-quality offerings. The egg station is particularly noteworthy, providing a wide range of choices that cater to all tastes. The lobby features a pool table, adding a fun, casual element to the elegant surroundings. Around the pool, the service was consistently excellent, further enhancing the sense of relaxation and pampering. Overall, Anantara Vilamoura delivers a harmonious blend of sophistication and family-focused amenities, ensuring a memorable stay for all ages. Will return!

We stayed for 5 days with the pool access inter family room. Hotel was quiet compared to around the marina so we have the world of comfort. The breakfast selection is excellent with everything fresh and tasty. We never had any issue with getting sun loungers with the staff around the pool always available as required. Drinks are very expensive but to be expected for a 5 star. We would happily come back as we usually stay nearer the marina but this is a lovely option, Ubers only around €8 to get to Vilamoura centre.
