Where do I start ? The hotel and staff are amazing The staff really are so helpful, happy and friendly. The grounds are lovely and clean and the rooms are spotless every day with beds being changed every other day and towels changed daily. We had a few problems like the air con stopped working and there were no towels in our rooms on one occasion and we rang reception and within minutes the issues were sorted, nothing is too much for the staff members and they are willing to do anything to make your stay enjoyable . I will say the steps walking down to the beach are dodgy so don't take any chances and get the free bus ( every hour ) which runs to and from the hotel. It's worth mention the free bus runs until 10.10pm so it drops off and picks up in the night as well which is convenient to go to the resultants and bars in Kata at night: The prices for food and drinks are very reasonable and the quality of the food is excellent. They have happy hour every day from 5pm-7pm where you can have cocktails 2 for the price of 1. I also want to give a special mention to the front office manage Wan and the lovely receptionists who have really made our holiday special and unforgettable. We loved our stay here I honestly can't fault it Thailand it's been a blast Until next time :)

The Architect who designed this hotel must have enjoyed his/her brief. It was brilliantly executed. Yes, the hotel is at the top of a hill but it is worth navigating the mopeds, heavy lorries and cars to get there. There is a separate, steep, path down to the town. The noise and fumes do not affect it, since the bedrooms and public areas overlook greenery, pools and waterfalls. The hotel has its own shuttlebus to the beach/town below which runs every hour during the day and early evening. Warning: there are no lifts, but only three, bedroom, floors. DELUXE ROOMS: nearly every room has a view of the bay below. They are spacious with a large balcony and couch if you fancy sleeping "à la belle etoile". Beds are large and comfortable. Sockets accept UK plugs. Minor niggles: no full length mirror; pillows/towels could be softer; no USB sockets. FOOD: (breakfast) plentiful, varied and appetising. STAFF: Fastidious in wanting to make your stay enjoyable. Efficient POOLS: The star of the show. Varied pools and waterfalls with ample shade available, if wanted, from the trees. Separate bar serving reasonably priced drinks and snacks, plus Happy Hour! Plenty of space for sunbeds. VERDICT: This hotel should be near the top of everyone's list to stay in Phuket, offering something a bit different with value for money. Stayed: midMarch 2025. Room 213 but any on the second floor of A/B are good.

We stayed here as our last stop for a few nights before flying home for some relaxing and rest. We certainly picked the right hotel. Every single member of staff are brilliant - so attentive. Lovely hotel and we were also upgraded to a jacuzzi room as a surprise so that was brilliant as well. The shuttle bus to the beach was brilliant and always on time as the hotel is on quite a steep hill I also had a massage which was amazing too and helped me really relax during my stay

Views were great. the shuttle service to and from the beach was great. It would be hard to be accessible if you’re disabled. Too many stairs and no elevator. Pools were great

From the minute we arrived till the last day we were treated like royalty, Beautiful room overlooking the pool, First class service from the staff. And a surprise birthday breakfast treat in the room which made the special day even more better . Would definitely recommend and stay here again….

We stayed at Canadian for a week. In the Junior Suite, a lovely spacious room with great views. Overall our stay was good. The staff were friendly and helpful. We would stay here again

Terrible experience staying at Andaman property Not sure why the property calls itself 5 star when it is barely 3 star at best Staff is rude and doesn’t respond to requests at all, We were kept waiting to checkin for 90 mins after we were assured of check in The bed is absolutely horrible and of absolutely poor quality The bathtub poses safety risk as there is no step or anti slip arrangement and bathtub is the only shower arrangement available Amenities are very poor with poor quality toiletries Food is expensive and is of the worst quality imaginable, passable breakfast and such poor quality of beverages Absolutely unsatisfactory experience, rather embarrassing as my partner was with me, Avoid at all costs, unreasonably priced, incorrect star rating and extremely poor customer experience

Great hotel with superb staff. The food is lovely, the range of food and drinks at breakfast was large. We ate in the restaurant several times and always had great service and great food. The staff throughout the hotel are lovely, helpful , attentive, experienced and quick to help . We got to know several of the staff including the lovely Ice and the lovely Whan in the restaurant. The position of the hotel is great for views of Kata beach and Kata area. The grounds are well maintained with lots of shady areas and the pools are fabulous.We don’t want to go home and can’t wait to go back.
