Die Dusche hat gewechselt nur zwischen extrem heiß oder kalt und wenig Wasser. Frühstück war nicht entsprechend des Hotels. Rührei aus der Packung..

"Modernes Hotel - ideal für Kurztrip nach Düsseldorf"

Sehr modernes, zentral gelegenes Hotel direkt an der Kö. Toller Eingangsbereich, sehr freundlicher Empfang. Zimmer geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Nette Bar für ein Getränk am Abend. Das Highlight ist jedoch das Frühstück - zuerst wird man von einem Mitarbeiter empfangen, der es versteht Gästen das Gefühl zu geben willkommen zu sein. Dieser junge Mann, der die Gäste beim Frühstück zu ihren Tischen geleitet, hat Charme, Energie und verleiht dem Haus mit seiner positiven Art das gewisse Etwas. Jedes Hotel bräuchte so einen Mitarbeiter - Hut ab, bitte bleiben Sie so wie Sie sind!!! Andererseits gibt es im Frühstücksbereich alles was das Herz begehrt: frisches Obst, Smoothies, vegane Speisen, Pancakes zum Selbermachen für die Kids, sowie frisch zubereitete Eigerichte. Wirklich ein herrlicher Start in den Tag 😊

Leider lag in unserem Zimmer ein Kleidungsstück der Gäste, die vor uns hier waren, im Schrank und im Badezimmer waren Zahnpastaflecken an der Wand. Nach unserer Beanstandung wurde dies behoben. Sollte aber natürlich in der Preisklasse nicht passieren.
