Ocean Royale

Location was perfect, the room was tastefully furnished with excellent view of the ocean, grounds and facilities were well maintained and only a 3/4 minute walk to the beach. Ashley and Amber were excellent hosts.

The en-suite bedroom had two single beds put together which I personally found uncomfortable.

It was nice and simple with a lovely view. Staff were friendly. Facilities are excellent and the location is A1

Everything was great. Wifi was a little slow but that's just minor

A little dated, could use a newer stove. Upon arrival the call box by the main door didn’t work. I called the blue bell and a person came on but couldn’t hear me. Only got in because someone was leaving.

The staff were probably the rudest and most unwelcoming people I've ever met. I will never book on booking.com nor recommend to anyone.

No water. No internet. Had to argue with staff to get help. Takes ages to pick up phone. Had to put blankets on ourselves, only top sheets. Refund on deposit takes too long.

Yes scene excellent. Hotel car parking space. Hotel desk staff was very helpful with my mother's dental needs. Find a dentist for her. Thank you!

Room 18 level 4 main glass sliding door to the beach was very heavy. Rollers/wheels needs replacing.

Location was great and the spa area was a nice surprise

Our room unit 28, was disgraceful. No privacy to the toilet as the door was jammed open, chair on Verandah was broken. Someone else’s hair on the bathroom floor and the floors still has crumbs from the last people. Shocking hard bed. The owner needs to spend some money and the managers need to keep on top of this instead of just taking people’s money .
