Wasn’t a welcoming feeling entering the hotel. No greeting or conversation ftom desk attendant during check in. Hotel had a very stale smell in hallways that led directly to room 307 where we were staying. I had to use my perfume to freshen the room up. Very stale and moldy smell. Furniture was old and chair was very dirty and I wouldn’t dare sit on it. Breafast was just the worse. Staff not friendly when addressed the waffle mix needed replacing. I wouldn’t stay here again. While we were down stairs eating breakfast at 9 in morning we returned to our and housekeeper went in and took out the used towels which I thought was a violation as she clearly saw al our belongings all over tve room. Very disappointed in this stay.

The facility was clean and well maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The bed in room 220 was broken, but since it had 2 beds I slept in the other bed.

They are pet friendly and you smell urine as soon as you walk in lobby. Hall way smell like mildew. Indoor pool was ice cold

Nice friendly staff rooms very clean and comfortable .In a whole the place was very clean and tidy .Pool area clean and quiet .pool was a little to cold could have used a little heat . But Kids enjoyed anyway Breakfast nice will for sure come back when close to area

I was flushed this morning from the hotel by the local manager who said he was empowered to do so because I was complaining and because I was not a happy customer. My complains were legitimate, pointing to bare minimum services such as provide clean pillows, fill the snack pantry, refill the orange juice in the morning (They stop doing so for 3 days), and have quarters for the use of the laundry service since they don’t accept credit card for that. When I received the room one of the pillows was smelling really bad (I can’t be specific here but imagine the worst), another one was smelling to man’s lotion. The corridors of the 3rd floor smell to urine and/or moisture. Very bad smell crosses the walls from room to room from toilets. The local management and staff are absolutely useless, incompetent, and display bad attitude and mediocrity, they are not committed to provide the bare minimum. The manager gets upset if the customer complains or brings the point to their attention. The local management pushes back and doesn’t care about improvement in the services of the hotel. One of the managers challenged me to complain with corporate which I will take the time to do very soon.
