"Mattresses need replacing."

The mattress was the worst I've ever had. Everything else was just fine.

"It was OK. The breakfast was trash. and the showerhead was coming off of the wall."

The location was very well

Well, I stayed two nights Saturday morning me and my son went to the pool. It was still breakfast time. My son was hungry so we stopped in the breakfast hall and try to get some breakfast. We were kind of wet but the owner I guess or someone that worked there was kind of being rude about us wetting the floor. Our clock out time was 11 AM on Sunday. We were just putting up some of my clothes in the car, but the cleaning service already was starting to clean our room. It was only 1030 we still had 30 more minutes.

"Horrible Experience"

Horrible customer service. The manager/owner was confrontational. The room wasn’t deeply cleaned. It had the smell of pet urine. I would not recommend this location to any of my family friends, or enemies. Truly a terrible experience and checked out in the midlle of the night.

It was okay

It wasn't clean. When my coworker complained they did change her room. But at some point the room smelled like smoke and the manager never addressed it. Also the phones in the room did not work,

"It was horrible and would never stay at a La Quinta Inn again."

Nothing. We checked in at about 3 pm and checked out around 10 pm the same day because of the urine smell in the room and the rudeness of the owner/manager. After refusing to relocate us to another room, he came to our room and became combative.

Some of the staff members are very disrespectful. For example one of the housekeeping personnel was making coments about how the people was still in the room , and she wanted to be done before 11 am when the check out supposed to be until 11 what is her deal? If a customer pats for a room for a specific reason why she complains in public in how she was not getting the rooms earlier.
