Poorly maintained room with no dressing mirror in room. Smallest size bathroom with broken fittings . Wearing saree and makeup not possible without mirror in room and bathroom doesn't have space to do. Staff not cooperative. Lousy breakfast and the bread toaster only burnt the bread instead of toasting it. Never recommend this property.

The breakfast was good. The location too was good. Probably the only two aspects that I find as passable.

The facilities need to be upgraded. We booked the hotel only because we'd stayed there several years back, and at that time the facilities were good. But not this time. The bathroom facilities were really bad. The bathroom door could be closed only from inside i.e. it could not be closed from the room. So, the door remains open when not in use or unless closed from the inside. The wash basin, closets etc. are in urgent need to be replaced. So, worn out, unclean they are, so much so that we did not feel comfortable or hygienic. The water ingress is pressure-less too. The car parking facility is far from satisfactory. There is no space reserved for guests staying in the hotel. In the evening, I went out and when I came back at 9 pm, all the slots were used up by perhaps those who would have come for some functions or gatherings. I had to keep my car temporarily at a place and then had to come down from the room again at 11 pm to get my car parked in a slot. This aspect is managed very badly. One staff member connected with the parking spoke to rather rudely and unprofessionally too.

Staff entered my room using master key. Lost a whooping amount .

No lock in the bathroom, no bath mat, the room was wet and no good customer service

Recently I chen in room 707 in that room to much off ac Noise I am not able to sleep properly midnight 4:01 am I informed Reception that time boys came Mr.kishoth and Jagan shifted the Good know room is compertable thanks to pride Hotel staff

Location is good metro is next to the hotel so transportation is very easy and economical

Special thanks for Jain food... To Chef Pralay & Sudeep. Food was really delicious & finding Jain food comfort in Chennai is such a big thing... Special thanks to Manager - Jyotiranjan to co-ordinate with all the staff & making my Jian food be ready on time for all 6 days... 3 meals, Staff members - Kartik, Jaymangal, Ajim, Dev & Susmita are very friendly people & are very good at Hospitality to guest

I had a pleasant stay during my stay. Specially at the restaurent, the hospitality was amazing by hotel staff Ms Sangita, Mr. Delhiraja, Mr. Karthi Mr. Dipankar, Mr. Ronieth, Mr. Asim & Mr. Faizel. All these wonderful peoples let me felt like being at my home. Hotel overall building, rooms looks old and need maintenance but overall staff is very supportive and caring.

I’m staying in room no.804 8th fooor Room size is good but rest everything is below average , air conditioning is not working properly, no cold water in bathroom , food quality in ground floor restaurant is below average , room service is slow , smell in room , bathroom look old , last night room service (food) was also not available I’ll appreciate if management take necessary actions to rectify
