Room smelled due to dampness, bed were very hard Ac control was not working properly I checked in morning 6am and no one asked me why are you checking out early as you have booked for 2 days bcoz staff also knows why

Poor in terms of Hygiene and Hospitality- which is the essence of hotel. Bad room service - Worst and Unpolite reception. Not worth the rating or even Hospitality. Despite pre-information- room not arranged, 3rd bed not placed. The bed sheets/covers were unhygienic, and not fresh. Poor response time- if an issue is raised in the morning - staff will not turn until evening or only after called up again

Tho location and the basic facilities

The toilet flush was dysfunctional. The property was going through some maintenance issues and we didn’t get water supply from 11am - 5pm. We weren’t informed about it prior.

Kishore has gave a very warm welcome and taken care of us with quick assistance. Am very happy with his service level. He himself supported us in bringing all our luggage to our room.stay is very comfortable it's was good stay with us the pride hotel Chennai

Recently I stay in pride hotel the stay was really friendly welcome hotel staff room is net and clean I will refer my friend also Thank you it was a amazing stay and entire staff was excellent Entire hotel staff especially pratheep sriram and kishoth

I had a great experience at the Price Hotel in Chennai, my stay was pleasant with a really cozy room and great food, would still recommend more food items on the menu. Great staff at the hotel, even had my jeans couriered to my house by Mr Uday seamlessly .

There is nothing noticeable good about the hotel

1 when pax arrived there is no proper coordination with staff 2 no accompanied to room explain the features Talk less opening the room and

Stayed for 2 nights. Arrived to room that smelt terrible. No towels or toilet paper. Had to ring reception to get both. Poor understanding of simple English for tea and coffee. Daily housekeeping removed towels and never replaced so again had to ask for more. Went to internal bar for a drink to find large menu but when ordering they couldn’t make it or had no supply. When paying in the bar and also the dining room, we never received correct change and had to ask for it! Overall terrible experience and wouldn’t recommend.
