"Decent hotel"

Facilities now becoming a bit old and run down however it is still decent for a night or two.. Location is good few minutes away from simpang lima area, walking distsnce to convenient store. Staff was friendly and helpful

"Exceptional"

It was great hotel when we were stay there. But the television seems to brighty and unconfortable to watch. Need to change with better quality television.

"Great location"

The location is really convenient as the hotel is located in Simpang Lima where we could find big shopping malls. The room was clean and quite spacious, but the TV was definitely too small and there was poor TV reception on all movie channels (it's still fine as we didn't go there for watching television). Among all the ibis hotels that we have been to, this one is relatively basic, but it's still worth the price. The breakfast was only mediocre which only served a limited food variety.

"First time staying at Ibis Hotel and no regrets"

Nothing to complain about. Hotel staff were all very courteous & friendly. Room was clean & the buffet breakfast was excellent. Would choose to stay there again
