"Fantastic hotel at a great value"

The hotel feels very new. It is a great value for sure. I would definitely stay here again. Just one minor thing, please don't make the breakfast so salty.

The management approved a refund of my Expedia payment when I inadvertently made a reservation that was two days later than I intended. I didn't realize I'd made that error until I got there two days before the reservation. Also, they still had a room available for me.

Room was hot when we walked in. A/c had a hard time to recover. No ice on the 3rd floor! Wasn’t any buffet eggs or bacon at 7:00 am. There was gravy and biscuits, pastries, waffles. Guess I should have gone down earlier.

Staff was great. Check in was easy and everything was very clean (lobby, dining area, pool area, room, etc...). I plan on coming back next year, and this will be where I will stay.

The location was great. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The need to do some deep cleaning. The elevator was dirty. There were stains on the rugs, baseboards etc.
