Room was comfortable and very clean! It was a little bit tight on space, but not so much so that you felt claustrophobic. Super convenient location in downtown Providence!

The free food/coffee available in the lobby was appreciated, but some of it was a bit stale (i.e. cookies). Valet parking was a little bit pricey ($42.50) given that there were no alternative options in the area. The housekeeping also went around a little earlier than we expected (~10am) so we were still in the room, but they were very considerate!

The hotel is clean and modern. The staff were outstandingly pleasant and helpful. The complimentary breakfast was one of the best ever! Omelet, sausage, raosted potatoes (I'm a sucker for roasted potatoes), and the other usual stuff, served in the very large and comfortable lobby. They also have a coin-operated laundry. A bit of a walk from the Amtrak station -- maybe a mile. Note that the hotel does provide a shuttle, which I used the next morning to get back to the train.

The hotel is nice and the room was great. The five stars go to the staff. I had a major hiccup when I went to shower due to bad timing with some routine maintenance. The manager and staff was very apologetic and do their best to rectify the situation. Every person working at this hotel is great. The location is perfect. I sometimes find that some of the younger generation aren’t able to engage as well as I’d like. From the valet to the desk staff these young people had plenty of suggestions and information. The shuttle driver is a sweet guy too.
