The front desk person was nice.

There was suspicious fluid on the wall above the trash can and the toilet had what appeared to be urine tracks on the seat of the toilet. The ottoman was ripped in a few different spots AND there was graffiti on it. They might as well just throw it away! Also, one of the side lamps was not working and the other one's lightbulb wasn't screwed in. The hot tub was drained.

There was nothing I liked about this property, the room looks nothing like the one in the shown photo, it had yellowing, stained looking walls and a horrible smell. The smell was a moldy smell and smelled like feces, it seemed as though there may have been some drug use smoked prior as it smelled very off. Immediately my Son started to have an allergic reaction. I immediately went to the front desk staff and explained the conditions of the room were not healthy and we would not be able to stay. She offered another room, but the overall hotel did not feel at all safe with several shady looking events witnessed while locating the room. I asked to be refunded as we would not be able to stay on those conditions and she refused. I have had to dispute it through my cc company. The front desk staff refuses refund and try’s to give the customer the manager number direct to call. I said I do not have time to call the manager and asked her to call and sort out the refund, she called and still refused to refund. Terrible location, terrible experience.
